At Wish, we want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

Condition
Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

How to Return
Returns can be made in-store at our Walnut Creek location or by mail. To start a mail return, contact us at wishwalnutcreekteam@gmail.com or call/text 925-322-7109, and we'll walk you through the process.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or item, subject to availability.
